Elena Rivas is a senior biotech executive with over 26 years of international experience across the life sciences sector, spanning innovation, business development, financing, and strategic partnerships. She is the Founder and Executive Partner of Pinnacle Biopartners, Partner at Bionido Capital, Board Member of ASEBIO, startup mentor, and member of BioExpert Network.

Throughout her career, Elena has worked closely with startups, incubators, investors, and leading corporations to accelerate high-impact biotech ventures, and is widely recognized for her ability to connect science, entrepreneurship, and market strategy. She also contributes actively to the development of the next generation of biotech leaders as Director of the Emprende4BIO Master’s Program at CESIF, a leading business school specialized in the pharma and healthcare sectors.
