ROSA GONZALEZ

Rosa Gonzalez is Managing Director of Biotech Europe and General Manager of the Spanish affiliate at Syneos Health. She is a Health Sciences professional with over 30 years of experience in global clinical development within the biopharmaceutical industry, having held leadership roles at Syneos Health, ICON and Pfizer.

She specializes in clinical development, with deep expertise in immunology and inflammation, where she has led strategic clinical programs. Rosa has also contributed to the design of innovative business and operating models, including end-to-end product development, strategic partnerships, decentralized clinical trials, and digital health solutions.

Rosa holds a degree in Biology and a Master’s in Immunology from the University of Barcelona, and has completed executive education in general management and corporate governance at ESADE
